On Monday, June 3rd, 14:46 CET, we experienced 78 minutes of service interruption on our EU servers, impacting some of our customers' ability to access the platform. There was no data loss or security risk and our US and APAC servers were not impacted.
The incident was caused by a network failure on one of our third-party providers, and our R&D teams worked closely with the provider to identify the root cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. They also took steps to minimize the impact of this third-party issue by switching to another server while the issue with the impacted server was resolved. By 16:04 CET the system was fully operational. The platform is now behaving as expected, and our teams will continue to actively monitor it, as per our best practices. We are continuing to work with the third-party provider to investigate further to ensure the prevention of any recurring issues.
